Harness The Night

Hygiene & Intimate Items

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, worn, tried on, washed, or if the hygiene seal has been removed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.


Eligible Returns

Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • All tags and hygiene seals are intact
  • A return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

If these conditions are not met, Harness The Night reserves the right to refuse a refund.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage where applicable.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been inspected
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
