UK Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

Express Delivery

Arrives in 1–2 working days

Orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day

Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends are sent the next working day

Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, we need 24–48 hours to prepare and pack it.
Orders made on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Your order will be packed in a plain, unbranded parcel with no mention of lingerie or our brand.
This keeps your purchase private.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
