UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Processing Time

Every order is carefully prepared before dispatch.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for processing and packing.

  • Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to lingerie or Harness The Night anywhere on the parcel, ensuring your purchase arrives completely discreetly.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Busy seasonal periods

  • Courier network delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

If your parcel is delayed, our team will be happy to help you track your order.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, we can arrange a reshipment once it has been received back. Additional postage charges may apply.
